Front door and shutters are freshly painted, and fresh mulch has been added to flower beds. Natural rock outlines
the flower beds and the tree as well. New heavy duty brushed nickel door handle has been added, and a new beveled
glass storm door with brushed nickel hardware was also added. Grass is maintained weekly under commercial contract for
the neighborhood. Driveway has adequate space for two vehicles, and the garage can house an additional car/truck.
NOTICE! Picture was taken after a rain. Backyard is fully fenced, has sprinkler system, and an additional flower
bed. Door is glass panel and has new hardware. Backyard also offers a 10' X 10' concrete patio great for grilling
or table with chairs. Grass in backyard is maintained by owner, not commercial contract.
